What to do at UU the week of May 9-15

Activities for the week of May 2-6

Join us this week for lively singing (Wednesday and Sunday,) stimulating discussions (see Wednesday and Friday), invigorating yoga (Thursday) and supportive fellowship all week. This Sunday’s talk, by Dr. Clark Gillett, will be “Medicine Then and Medicine Now.” Click “read more” for details.

What’s happening the week of April 25-May 1

Sunday is May 1, and the first Sunday of each month is a great day to get to know the Unitarian Universalists in Columbus. It’s Bring a Friend Day, and If you are reading this, you qualify. Even better, we have a potluck lunch after the service, about noon. If you’re a visitor, just bring your appetite. We’ll have plenty.

Visitors are always welcome at all activities at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Columbus. Highlights this week include a poetry discussion Wednesday and a talk Sunday by Tom Sturm, who will soon begin study to become a UU minister. His topic: “The Atheist Minister.”

Announcements for March 28-April 3

Thinking of visiting our fellowship? This Sunday will be a great day to do it. Folksinger Ken Sizemore, aka “The “Old Folkie”, will present “Songs For the Love of the Earth.” We also have a potluck lunch the first Sunday of each month. If you’re a visitor, don’t worry about bringing food. We’ll have plenty!
