One Saturday per month, generally the third Saturday, Amanda and Amos Jones facilitate meditation and Buddhist study in the tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hahn and Plum Village. Meditation begins at 11:00 a.m. with Buddhist study and discussion beginning at about 11:30. This is free to attend and all are welcome! Our group is made up of diverse ages and experience levels of practice. No need to be a Buddhist to practice. You don’t need to be anything – just a real human being. Everyone can practice because everyone can breathe. Don’t worry, there are no rules to break and nothing to do wrong!
