Justin diFeliciantonio: Meditation Misconceptions and Useful Tips

Justin diFeliciantonio is a friend of the Fellowship, a tennis coach, a writer, a world traveler, and a regular practitioner of yoga. In this service he’ll explore meditation practices and techniques, some of which could come in handy during the end-of-year holidays.

Justin also is a longtime student of philosophy, consciousness and wellness practices. He recently spoke to us about fasting and “cathartic writing.”

Sunday services begin at 11 a.m., but come early for coffee and conversation. Visitors and guests are always welcome at our progressive Fellowship. Services also include music, readings and opportunities, always optional, to share your thoughts. And we’re done by noon.
