May McDaniel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Arts in Education/Guidance and Counseling from East Carolina University. Her professional journey includes roles as a high school counselor, Army officer, business owner, management consultant, and professional speaker.
A passionate advocate for physical fitness and healthy living, May took up backpacking in 2017 and hiked the Appalachian Trail. To inspire others to join her on the journey toward longevity and wellness, she founded Destination 100, Inc.
She is an aging expert who helps others make peace with where they are, recognize their potential, and embrace their personal power. Her work encourages individuals to live boldly and age intentionally.
An adventurer at heart, she has hunted impala, hartebeest, zebra, and ostrich in Africa, as well as elk, moose, and bear in Colorado, Vermont, and Canada.
