Sue Watson on “The Anthropology of Happiness.”

Sue Watson, who works for Georgia Cyber Academy, taught social sciences for 32 years at Spencer High School and Northside High School in Columbus. The complete title of this talk is: “The Anthropology of Happiness: The State of Well-Being and the Way of Joy.”

Sue also is on the board of the Columbus Academy for Lifelong Learning, better known as CALL, and sometimes leads CALL classes. She’s also on the board of the Chattahoochee Valley chapter of  the League of Women Voters. Sue earned degrees at Mercer University and Troy State University.Chattahoochee Valley.

  • 10:00 a.m. UU Singers practice. All voices are welcome. (We also practice Wednesdays at 6 p.m.)

  • 10:45 a.m. The Sunday service, this week with Sue Watson.
  • 10:55 a.m.  Children’s Religious Education. Kids join us for the first few minutes of each Sunday service, which includes a children’s story, then that adjourn to a classroom for their own activities.
