In this age of science, it’s easy to think we know a lot. Our speaker, Dr. Mike Edmonson, will talk about what we don’t know. It might surprise you.
Dr. Edmonson taught advanced placement chemistry and physics in public high schools in Columbus for 33 years—at Spencer, Hardaway and Northside. His awards include Muscogee County Teacher of the year, Georgia Secondary Schools Science Teacher of the Year and the Presidential Award for Excellence in Science and Mathematics. He was named a STAR Teacher three times. Dr. Edmonson is a graduate of Columbus State University and earned a doctorate at Auburn University.
Sunday services at our Fellowship include some music, some meditation and opportunities to renew our commitments to reason, tolerance, freedom and other values we share. Visitors are always welcome.
We also have other activities on Sunday mornings. Children’s Religious Education is on break until September, but childcare is available from 9:30 a.m. until noon. Heres the schedule:
